Years ago I flew Thai F and there are two things I remember from that 14 hour day flight. First, the unending supply of Dom Perignon :-) And second, that every time someone used the bathroom, a crew member went in immediately afterwards and cleaned it before another passenger could use it.
QR were also doing this on my recent flights in J as well. I presumed it was a lingering COVID safety measure (their crew are all still wearing facemasks) but then remembered it's just their service standard as they did it pre-pandemic too.
