My question relates to the washrooms on the plane. The flight was about 9 hours and most people slept for most of it so it wasn't busy for the crew. The washrooms in business class got pretty messy however, paper over the floor, dirty basins etc.
When I flew out of JFK a few weeks ago, one toilet had been left with a rather sticky mess on the floor. And I was in my socks. Mentioned it to the crew and thought it might be sorted out. Went back in 2 hours later, was still there.
