Anyone know how to get refund of PlusPoints on itineraries after ticket changes? I waitlisted on a few different LH flights, after needing to change dates, and the PlusPoints haven’t refunded automatically yet. Now I’ve run out of PlusPoints pending refund - would like them back, so I can apply to new flights. I understand per thread above that they will automatically revert after the flight date for which I was waitlisted, but the new flight is around the same time and I would rather not wait.
