If I am not seeing the external (TK) PNR on the Aeroplan booking and through the web tool - is the only way to get it to call AC?
I used Aeroplan's twitter account a couple days ago to ask them via DM for the PNRs for a couple of 5T flights I'd booked and they responded with them the next morning.

I also e-mailed 5T and they sent me the PNRs as well.
