Other way around, I find that only frequent flyers count on here and we're all expected jump straight in, talking in airport codes and so on, so we can mix in immediately show we really know our stuff 😂

Having said that, I'd say I'm mostly happy with my BA experiences and I've flown a many times through 2022, all in J. My recent flight back from AUS was one of the best ever experiences (bar no welcome champagne) and the crew couldn't have been more attentive and chatty! Food good, service superb, drinks when I wanted them, brand new Club Suite. Last month's flight to JFK was more disappointing, but I think that's only because the previous AUS in J was so good it set very high expectations!).
