The 3 seats in row 6 plus a single seat in row 7 give you no strangers adjacent but also no direct supervision over the kids (assuming 2 adults 2 kids). The row 12/14 seats offer no direct supervision either, unless you put the 2 kids in B next to two strangers in the adjacent A seats . Go for row 6/7.
