To be fair to everyone, after my DE's failed at my local, non neighborhood market WM, non SC WMs, I stopped using the DE cards anywhere other than a WM SC, but I can assure you that I failed several times at the CSC with the DE cards at my local WM.
If others have reported the DE card now works at all locations, then ignore my experience which is several years old. I, however, have plenty of WM SCs around and do not need the services of my local store to liquidate these cards.
