We're flying business / first BNA (nashville) STT (St. Thomas) through MIA (miami) round trip. They give the option of preselecting meals on the MIA STT legs. It's been some number of years since I've flown business, but the options, frankly, look disgusting. Golden Roasted Chicken of what is offered, but I'd take my chances if the default was the Lasagna or Short ribs if that was a choice on check in.
