I tried to call using the Platinum number yesterday, and it said the number had changed and said to look up the new number in the app. Fair enough, don't want people using the phone number who aren't eligible as it ties up the line. So looked up the new number. It was like my own private number, the CS agent answered immediately.
Booked another flight today and had a need to access the agent.... called the new number and BINGO answered immediately. NICE.

Way to go WestJet! This is a great improvement and I would say is a valuable perk of being Platinum.
