AS bookings are not usually visible in BA.com or app, if that's what you are trying to do, if the entire route is purely on SABRE (e.g. it's just AS flights, no BA or IB or AY components). This is because BA is based on the Amadeus GDS. It sounds like you are having a different login issue, I can't see how that's related to AS bookings in your account, I suspect that's an unrelated issue.
