BA app (Android) unable to login "unable to find booking"

I added an award booking made with AS miles (using my AS FF) to my BAEC account, so it's easy to manage. However, the website isn't able to show it, and the phone app no longer is able to log me in. Strangely enough this worked just fine a few weeks ago for another booking made in the same way.

I guess the only way to fix this is to call BAEC and ask them to remove the booking from my account? It's pretty bizarre in general that you can't add bookings if they don't have your BAEC FF. However, the app/website allows you to add the booking and then isn't capable of showing it makes no sense, if that's the case it should just not allow adding it.
