Exaggerate much? I won't wait in line to access a lounge yet have somehow managed to access CLs fairly regularly.
And Plat cardholders have been treated better than DL elites in the recent changes to DL SkyClub access. Not to mention all the international lounges you can access with Platinum card. We've made great use of this perk in Europe our last several trips.
Lot of whining in this thread.
If you hold Platinum solely for domestic CL access, might be time to rethink that.
