Yeah, CUN in Jan 2022 (right after New Year's) was a total cluster with traffic, check-in, everything. I heard it wasn't much better a month ago. Definitely 2+ hours at an international outstation. Departing US (for international) with TSA/Clear, I'd do 75 minutes without bags and 90 minutes with; the international flights typically start boarding way earlier (especially long-haul/widebodies) and wouldn't want to get caught out with an over-zealous gate agent who wants to close shop early.
