You can get in, just sometimes not at peak hours and sometimes with a line to get in.
There are a number of things that could make things better, and this is one of them. Another is that many lounges are being aggressively added and expanded, given the appetite for this product and how much the perk is valued by many cardholders. And finally, we're still working through a glut of discretionary travel budget out of the system from two years of not being able to spend it on anything, but I think as more leisure travelers burn through that stash, leisure travel will return to more "normal" levels. (I suspect also that leisure travelers tend to have more "guests" traveling with them than business travelers, too, and since leisure travel has bounced back a lot more than business travel, there are more people in the lounges.)
