I actually receive so many emails, and most of them useless marketing spam, that I am more likely to open a letter from Hertz than an email.
And I actually received one letter last year from them that was an invoice for a rental a month or so earlier that for reasons unknown to me had never been charged to my credit card on file. There was nothing wrong with the card, as far as I know. But I basically had to pay manually on a Hertz website. Glad I didn’t toss the letter unopened, I guess.
