I don't get claustrophic even when in a submarine, but one of the Andaz rooms gave me claustrophia (some of the top floor rooms are quite small to begin with, then have sloping ceilings meaning only 1/2 the room is accessible if you're standing up and there's only a small porthole type window which you can't really see out of).
