There is no point of showing up at YYZ until 4:30am as you found out
Thats standard for AC - everytime I leave out of YYZ, I m glad I m not on AC.

You need to show your NEXUS/GE card in YYZ to use the shorter security lines. You dont need it for the GE machines once past security, nor do you need your passport, its face recognition only.
