Just finished a 4 night stay here. This hotel is usually significantly cheaper if booked via an online travel agent or part of a holiday including flights. I booked my stay hotel only through TravelUp - but it's worth looking also at sites like Destination2 who often have deals including "free" transfers. They also offer half board and all inclusive. My rate included breakfast and was approximately £85 per night including taxes and the tourist tax. This was quite a bit less than Hilton.com who were quoting £140 per night for the same room.
At the time of writing the hotel honours status benefits when booked via an agent. Obviously I didn't accrue any points but I knew that in advance. My rate included breakfast - most of the consolidator rates seem to but its worth checking if the hotel would honor the breakfast benefit if you happened upon a travel agent rate not including breakfast.
The standard upgrade here seems to be to a Bay Club Sea View room which are located in individual "blocks" alongside the beach and mostly away from the main hotel building. I've had this upgrade as a Gold and Diamond. My upgrade appeared in the app about 4 days prior to check in. Having seen the upgrade in the app and having had this upgrade before I emailed the hotel to ask if they could offer me an equivalent room in the main building. They actually moved me to a regular king room with a sea view which IMO is a significant downgrade on the original upgrade. Upon check in at the hotel I asked to be moved back to the Bay Club room, which they did.
By way of status recognition they also had some macaroons in the room and delivered some fruit on my 2nd day. Drinks coupons etc are still not back from my early 2020 stay.
I don't really have much to report on changes wise from my last stay. There seemed to be an increase in Russian guests for obvious reasons - the resort seemed quite busy but there still seemed to be lots of availability for booking on the Hilton app each day.
Housekeeping was thorough and some evenings there was turn down service but it only seemed to appear on two nights.
Breakfast was fairly good with a decent range of food. Best thing is it being served until 11am! The waffles off the buffet were particularly good.
The island around the hotel is slowly developing (there is a newly opened Movenpick and Hampton Inn and supposedly a Conrad and Wynn resort opening in the future) and the road network does make a bleak but useful place for a spot of exercise. Opposite the hotel there is a corniche & park with UAE burger chain SALT and some other small cafes.

Afraid not but maybe worth searching online or asking the hotel to FW.
