To the airport it's a no-brainer.
To the city at peak traffic, it won't be 18 Euros and it will take a long time. Peak traffic in the city center is baaaaaad. If you want to take Uber to catch a train, don't go to Santa Apolonia Station, but to Oriente, it's freeway nearly all the way (that has jams as well, but they're more manageable).
