Here now. Great property, lush gardens, super friendly staff, very good food, GREAT cocktails, really nice pools, fantastic beach, diamond upgrade to OV King. Super happy overall. Took a day to tour the island in a Jeep (arch, souvenirs, a few beaches, lunch, local shops, etc). Really a nice time.

The only thing that is odd (and was a bit of a headache)....F&B billing. First day all was correct. For the final four days, however, each and every bill (pool drinks, lunch, dinner, Rhum Bar, Bohio Lounge) has been overcharged on the folio between 24-27%. Not the same number - always a bit different. I have pictures of all my receipts, which include service charge, GST, and additional tip...guest services has handled and adjusted (close to $300 refunded).

**UPDATE** Appreciated Guest Services' help with this - there was apparently an IT issue that has been causing these billing errors and they are aware of it, so no problem to ask them to manually adjust. The GST and service charges had been added a second time after the signed receipt total was inputted into the system. Either way, head's up for guests to actively monitor this (and good to take a photo of receipts, unless you don't mind paying an extra 25% because you love the place so much). Know that it will be taken care of professionally and courteously if you are similarly impacted, but I needed to ask (three times) and verify to make sure all adjustments were handled properly. Had I not been tracking and verifying charges on the folio, I would have settled up with no clue and no indication from the property that anything was off (like the other few folks in the lobby at checkout who went on their merry way).

Bottom line - Would not let this deter anyone from going and I'd gladly return as we had a great experience overall. Would just take note of this in case it's not resolved soon.
