what time is local for you? your location indicates both lax and nyc so 0830 can mean 0830 or 1230 depending on the lax or nyc time zones.

i have been calling between 1100-2100 central time and i cannot get connected two days now.

update: i got thru on a thusday night at 1947hrs central but the office was closed.
