Stayed there recently. Current management is pretty lax on many fronts, including responsiveness (as many customers have noted), cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. (Food outlets are still good but less value for money than before.)

Many employees are individually great, but aren't well coordinated or coached by management.

This is not really a high-quality product any more compared to when it first opened. I will probably avoid this hotel next winter.
