Every time I've used the chat feature in the past 2 years the agents have been clueless and/or useless. I guess they are good for run of the mill requests and questions, but in my experience (maybe 10 times) usually I'm IRROPS they have never been able to help. They're responses are so inane that sometimes I've taken screenshots to share with my friends and family and have a laugh at their ineptitude. Wondering if anyone's been able to get any help during irrops? I feel like they are all all outsourced and really have no idea of what they are doing.
