If you connect in T5, as a CK you can use the Concorde Room which also has showers (much better than F Lounge). At times the staff at the lounge check-in doesn't immediately realize that CKs have access as they have to manually override their system. It's therefore well advised to bring your physical CK card.
Aer Lingus don't fly out of T5 and there aren't any showers in the Concorde Room anymore anyways. I'm not 100% sure if you can use the little first room in the arrivals lounge but the shower area is the same regardless. You might be able to use the bath if it's not busy.
