Have to admit I'm an AC newbie and still figuring it all out. On FLL-YUL, purchased 2 PE tix and submitted bids for upgrades to J at $400/ea weeks in advance. Last few days, watched the open seats slowly disappear but still had hopes. At 48 hours and showing J6, no notification. At about 30 hours, got a "sorry, no upgrade for you" email. At 24 hours, checked in on the app and was offered LMU for $325! Yes, I took it. 🤷‍♂️😊
