The second sentence makes it sound like you cannot get another of a card you already hold. Is this what you were implying? If so, it is not accurate. You can hold a CIC for example and get another CIC.
Sounded like they were saying they wanted to product change either way and wanted to make sure they could reopen another CIC. I wasn't saying it to the exclusion of getting 2 CIC, I was just agreeing with their facts
