I'm also stumped. I see award availability in C on both BA and QR websites (so not Q2), but not possible to upgrade my revenue ticket. I've upgraded one of the other legs just fine. Chatted with live agent who wasn't helpful. Is there a separate upgrade inventory vs. standard award inventory?
