2-4-3 - why??? Not to mention the potential asymmetrical w&b issue that could result in marginally more fuel burn (though it would be tiny)?
2-5-2 was awesome if you can get all 5 seats to yourself! I remember doing just that.

3-3-3 is easier for the airline to deal with - you have fewer seat types to manage/maintain.
