Last August, I did not have the same experience with the suite upgrade, as it took some convincing at the Front desk to be assigned to what they called a suite (Madison Suite, Club lounge access, Suite, 1 King, Corner room).

In my opinion, the lounge is nice, but only because of the view and, maybe, the staff.

Here are 3 email addresses, to contact management at the property:

Guest Service Manager (not the most or reliable manager)

Rooms Director (nice lady to talk to, but disappeared when I needed some help)

General Manager (very helpful and resourceful to resolve an issue that I had at the end of my 2nd stay)
