Last August, I did not have the same experience with the suite upgrade, as it took some convincing at the Front desk to be assigned to what they called a suite (
Madison Suite, Club lounge access, Suite, 1 King, Corner room).
In my opinion, the lounge is nice, but only because of the view and, maybe, the staff.
