Has anyone else experienced a total loss of communication with the sales rep after being told weeks ago that the contract was being submitted...and then when the contract year is supposed to begin there is no correspondence or any clue as to when anything will be executed? My previous correspondence with the sales rep gave me the impression that February 1st was when we would get the ball moving on taking the initial steps to review and sign the contract. Sure would like to give them my money sometime early next week so I can move on with what I thought was going to be an efficient way of conducting and controlling the cost associated with what I expect to be my biggest travel year.
