Level airlines is a oneworld affiliate. You should earn miles on this flight. Shouldn't be any different than booking on AA and having the flight be an American Eagle flight operated by Envoy or SkyWest.

Looks like my info was out of date - on AA looks like they've gone back and forth on whether Iberia-marketed Level flights earn you anything. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Level_(airline_brand) says the alliance is "oneworld (affiliate)" but https://www.oneworld.com/members/iberia doesn't list them.

My guess now is no miles / OW benefits.
