I've had the $49 annual fee card since it first came out so def over 24 months since bonus. You can but you need to wait, some say up to 30 days for it to clear the Chase system.
The $49 card is so valuable, in my opinion go for the business card instead, so you can combine both the 10% rebate and 4th night free
