I got an email from DL this morning "Welcome to Fast, Free Wi-Fi for SkyMiles Members Like You". It says that this is rolling out now and will apply to most flights within the USA this month and international and regional flights by the end of 2024. You apparently must sign in with your SkyMiles "username" (not number???) and password.
