This is quite wrong to call them all gone. I’ve been getting openings very regularly in both Business and First. Most of the time 1-4 weeks in, occasionally months in. Just need to get on that waiting list.
Worst case you can book an Economy seat and have a decent chance of upgrading at ICN check-in desk.
True that flexibility is good to have.
