First time I stumble upon this situation.
Booked in a hurry the last day of the 20% off award stays promo, a 3 night stay.
Now I could only find a desirable flight checking-out a day early.
Sadly the obvious cancellation/rebooking route only saves me a tiny amount of points now without the 20% off.
I appreciate if there's any data point if I can work this out with Ambassador desk? directly with the hotel? (wishful thinking if it's possible to get a refund for the last night that most probably I will not use).
I always book nights by nights if the rates are the same, it would be much easier if you need to cancel the last (few) nights or need to book an extra night before your intended arrival date.
