Only other option is to try at airport but I guess mid June will be peak travel season from Asia and Europe to to/from USA and will be nearly impossible to have 3 business class upgrades available at airport on departure with miles.
In US routes award saver availability is lower than to South America or Asia.
TK is Turkish Airlines, TA is travel agency. When releasing, then it started from I, then J etc.
Airport check-in counter is the last option to upgrade but it depends how full business class is and TK prefer to sell cash upgrades at the airports if there are availability.
