As we've discussed above, there is no requirement to declare all citizenships to US CBP when applying for GE, only ones related to entering the US.
I've only ever entered USA with my Canadian passport, and have had no issues at the border. My problem was when I was actually in Canada applying for APAC card add-on, and interviewing with both CBSA and CBP at the enrollment centre in Vancouver when it got revoked by CBP. I only had my Canadian passport listed on my Nexus, because I wasn't aware that I had to list other citizenships and passports (in my case, UK passport, which I obtained after my Nexus - turns out I should have added this immediately after getting it). CBSA didn't care, only CBP did. To this day I've not seen any official documentation that explicitly states you have to declare all citizenships and passports (although on the application form you can enter multiple), yet here I am with my Nexus revoked and my reconsideration request denied. So take that as you will. I have attempted to re-apply ater waiting a couple of years since the revocation but it's been stuck in pending approval for nearly 2 years now.
