I recently bought tickets on Airlink for Maun-Capetown after a Botswana safari. I was not able to complete the ticket purchase online on their web site. It would not recognize any of my credit cards. I had to email their customer service with the details of what I wanted to book. They made the reservation for me and sent me a pay link to use. That worked, the transaction went through. They emailed me the tickets. It was a very tedious process. Plus the tickets were very very expensive, over $400 each one way in economy.
