Comments: Not sure if this is welcome since I'm essentially on the bottom tier of Marriott status, but really happy with my experience in Spain because of this unexpected upgrade. Also got a smaller upgrade to an Executive room at the Westin Palace Madrid, but that one wasn't as nice.
