I arrived twice in Cape Town over the past two months.

First time in November with VS at 7 am, and I was through in 5 mins. Then on BA two weeks ago, landed at 12 pm along with LF and TK, bussed to very busy arrivals, but it moved fairly quickly and was through in 15 mins.
