I just booked a 4 night stay on pts. The 30 day cancel policy is rough.....but where in the terms does it state you will be charged a cash per night equivalent to cancel from 1-29 days out. The way I take it, you'd simply lose all your points canx less than 30 days, which is bad enough. No way can they convert that to some sort of cash rate.
