From my experience, most other resort properties you have to pay extra to get access to the club lounge, even at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott "Resort" which is a prime example of somewhere misbehaving to disallow elites and was originally a normal Marriott - and should get limited business as a result. It sounds like Royalton is at least giving some benefits... (obviously not the same as the lounge )
