Comments:
Location wise is great if you want to shop at Orchard Rd. and have medical appointment at Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
Other than that better find other hotel.
Hotel was full on the stay date so not expecting any upgrade
Service was typical Singapore hotel.

Might be returning if need to do those 2 reasons above but for other reasons I would stay at other place.
