Not to be a downer, as I love seeing all the first time GS asking about benefits and such....but this is my last day as GS after a good run (seven years, and mostly great experiences despite the continued chipping away at the perks). I'm 99% sure I know the answer, but if I book award tickets today (for travel in April) and apply pluspoints to them (waitlisted, as nothing available to clear right away), will the system remove that once I fall back to 1K tomorrow? I assume so, but figured it was worth checking if anyone has any knowledge. Just trying to milk one last benefit!

The collective wisdom about this:
You applied PP as GS (last day), and you will be put on PN list. This will put you ahead of everyone who are not supported by GS PP or miles.
You stay on PN list even though you are no longer GS tomorrow.
On departure day, you are still on PN list, but you will be behind all GS who are on PN list (there might be GS using 1K PP then they will be on PZ list which is blow PN list). But you will be ahead of Plat/Gold etc. who are on PN list. For other 1Ks on PN list, it depends on fares paid.
