The fares are still listed on Expert Flyer; whether or not that's the best source I can't say, but it is one.
Assuming you're looking at business class, a DICR22 (22K flown miles) has base prices within US$60 of each other from both Japan and Hong Kong; Thailand is around $300 more and Singapore around $2500 more than any of them. However, starting in Korea is around $400 cheaper than either Japan or Hong Kong, if of interest. It looks like the 22K miles would be adequate for most itineraries provided you don't leave the US west coast.
It's worth noting that the Circle fares out of Japan are not that much less than comparable RTW fares - a few hundred dollars, in case the greater flexibility and routing options of an xONEx might be useful. Again, you can use EF for the comparisons.
