Premium Plus is a non-trivial upgrade over E+. It has approximately 10% increased legroom and 20% increased shoulder room with a double-wide armrest. It is not Business class lite.
For a tall and wide individual it will be a better experience than E, EP or E+. It will not be First. A bulkhead window seat should fit most people comfortably, so you have to decide on whether the fare differentials make sense to you.
