Stays not booked through IHG -> display in the "my stays" list possible?
I have booked a ridiculously cheap rate for the IC Tokyo Bay at a hotel bed broker. The hotel confirmed the reservation (all fine) and sent me the IHG reservation number. They also attached the reservation with my IHG account.

However the reservation does not show up in the "my bookings" list - nor can I open the reservation entering the reservation number provided by the hotel and my name.

Is this common that you can't display bookings from other sales channels although you have the correct IHG reservation number or is there a trick?
