Can someone use crayons and point me to the racism bit? All I can see is that the waiters seemed a little off. Perhaps they just didn't like you or your attitude, but I certainly don't see anything akin to racism. Perhaps you were emitting a "I do know that service in Europe is substandard compared to the US" attitude and they picked up on it. But I don't see anything that supports playing the race card.
