I received a $99 charge on my SW Chase credit card. I don't use it much because I have shifted most of my card spend to American. I called and said that I didn't want to pay the fee and was willing to cancel the card. They offered to give me a $100 credit if I kept the card open. I said sure and the credit was on my next statement.
