This makes all the difference. The bulkhead seats are the way to go. I`m 6'4" and found that to be true across multiple airlines.
When faced with the choice of exit row in Y or (bulkhead in) PE - for me, it's PE every time. The Premium Plus seat is much wider (18,7"compared to 17,1" for the E+ seat), plus the fixed armrests of the exit row seats make this uncomfortable for such a long flight even though I`m not a wide-bodied person.
